On only two conditions. The first condition is that you have to be a Follower of the Street. And the second condition is that you have to answer a question. But I haven't thought of a question, yet. So, what I'm proposing is: answer a question. Any question you want. And send me your answer, in an e-mail, making sure that you mark it: JOE IS TOTALLY BOSS.
