Miss World was created in the United Kingdom by Eric Morley in 1951. After his death in 2000, Morley's wife, Julia Morley, co-chairs the pageant.Miss World 2012 beauty pageant is the 62nd edition of the Miss World pageant. Miss World 2012 will be held in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China. The beauty pageant will be broadcast on Xbox Live in North America, Europe and Australia by their respective IPTV applications.
A Venezuelan beauty, Ivian Sarcos is the winner of Miss World 2011. Ivian will crown her successor at the end of the beauty pageant.
