Playdate at Lucian's House

Here we are over at Lucian's house for a play date

Holly always has so much fun playing with other people's toys

When we first arrived Lucian was still napping and Holly wanted to go run and wake him up.

She was so excited to be at his house. But we kept her in the living room

That didn't stop her from making herself at home and getting all kinds of fun toys out to play with

Which meant before long Lucian heard her and came to investigate what was going on.

This was a fun Castle like structure for cars to drive around

As a boy Lucian had a lot of toys unlike anything we have at home

Holly loved exploring them and figuring out how they work

The slide of course is always fun to play on too.

Later the kids had a snack which was interesting

Lucian is trying out a Gluten and Casein free diet so he had all new snacks

Even a dairy free cheese which was like actually veggie substitute stuff

I decided to give it to Holly so she could try out the same food he was eating

She actually liked it. Or well, ate it at least. it looked just like a slice of American Cheese

Which makes me wonder sometimes about her eating issues having more to do with what food looks like

Then what it is or how it actually tastes.

The kids had fun playing blocks, and with the water drawing board

Holly loved all the little garage and car rolling type toys

There were some neat tools too, like these nuts and bolts she liked

Later we went out to eat which was fun too. It was a really nice afternoon and we enjoyed catching up with our friends

Lucian @ Holly's House

We finally had Lucian over for a play date. It was loads of fun. He loved exploring the back yardThe slide was a favorite and he loved hanging out in the playhouse.Holly loves drawing all over it with Chalk, and Lucian thought that was a lot of fun too.Here is Holly swinging like a monkey with Daddy and Dave.Such a silly little tickle monster. She loves rolling around and playing with her "stones"Inside we all had some snacks the kids sat and ate at Holly's little table Mac and Cheese and Strawberries so yummyHolly decided then it was time to play dress-up she wanted to be a firemanBut it's always fun and games with her, before long it was peek a boo and she was hidingThe kids played music and with the kitchen they explored all of the toysThey even shared the iPad and the laptop checking out all the kids apps. It was a lot of fun.

The End and an After Party
