Breaking News!! Shia Pilgrims' Bus Attacked in Mustung (Quetta) Killed 26, Several Wounded

QUETTA, Pakistan (Sept. 20) – A bus carrying sixty passengers was attacked by unidentified gunmen on Mustung road near Quetta left at least 26 dead and several other injured.

According to details; the bus was on its way from Quetta to Taftan (Iran) carrying Shia pilgrims and attacked by gunmen from both sides when it reached near Mastung town around 50 km from the provincial capital of Quetta.

The gunfire was so sudden that passengers couldn’t do anything to save from bullets coming from both sides of the bus. Almost 20 pilgrims were reported dead at the spot while six more died on their way to hospitals. 

Rescue and emergency team couldn’t reach the site immediately; therefore, the injured were shifted to nearby hospitals by the locals and surviving pilgrims.

The responsibility of the attack hasn’t been claimed by any group yet.
